LASALLE – An Iowa man suspected of multiple murders has been ruled out as a suspect in a 1992 abduction and murder in LaSalle County.  On Wednesday, Clark Perry Baldwin, was arrested in Waterloo, IA, and charged in Tennessee with two counts of murder of Pamela McCall and her unborn child, which occurred in 1991.  Baldwin was also charged with the murder of two unidentified women in Wyoming whose bodies were found in 1992 in two separate incidents.

Authorities say Baldwin does not appear to have been involved with the murder of Tammy Zywicki, who was abducted and murdered by an unknown assailant after experiencing vehicle troubles alongside I-80 near La Salle in August 1992.  They ask if anyone has any information regarding this ongoing investigation, please contact the ISP, Division of Criminal Investigations Zone 3 at (815) 726-6377
