An intoxicated driver in Wales travelled for 10 miles down the M4 with two missing tires after a night out on the town with friends. The next day he tested positive for Covid-19 and blamed his poor decision making on Covid-19. The judge did not accept that and he was sentenced to 17 months of his license being suspended.
