MARSEILLES – The Marseilles Fire Chief will be retiring at the end of the month. In a statement on social media, Chief Michael Garrison said he was thankful for all the congratulations and well wishes. He took the post in 2005 after being with the department since 1976. Garrison noted he is confident that the current firefighters will continue to grow stronger in their service. Wallace Fire Chief Dave Parrott will be assuming the role starting May 1st.
