FORT MYERS, FL — Two roommates got into an argument about a key lime pie that one had bought for his mother as a birthday gift. The man had asked his roommate not to eat the pie, that it was for his mother. The roommate decided that they key lime pie was more than he could hold off from and sat down to eat the entire pie, leaving not even a crumb. The two began to fight over the situation and the roommate who ate the pie dumped two glasses of water onto the man’s head. Authorities were called and the roommate who couldn’t resist the pie was arrested on charges of battery on a person 65 or older.
