Chicago Cardinal Blaze Cupich led hundreds of marchers through one of the city’s most violence-plagued neighborhoods to pray the annual Stations of the Cross and demand an end to gun violence. Carrying a cross on his shoulder, Cupich on Friday stopped at several street corners to pray as people recited the names of those killed since January. Cupich told crowd members to work to get young people to put down their guns and join in the effort to make Chicago a better city.
