STREATOR – It’s all good news for the Streator Township High School, according to Superintendent Matthew Seaton. The School board met to discuss finances, projects and proposals for the school. With the high school’s positive financial position, the school plans on building a tennis court, replacing its roof, and upgrading the school’s transportation. The board also discussed the possibility of a foreign exchange partnership with a service in China. Foreign Services, LTD. is also in negotiations with IVCC about a continuation program after high school. The high school may have up to 20 exchange students between the ages of 16 and 18.
